Bread, Meat, Diaries, beverages, the analytical world is full of food analysis. Protein/Nitrogen determination, moisture analysis, moisture/ash analysis and additionally food control by our SepSci productline (TOFMS) will be discussed during this workshop. Together with some theoretical lectures and introductions, also “Hands-on” will be part of the workshop. Open discussions and questions are welcome; also attendees can bring samples with them. All attendees will get a certificate for attending this workshop.
This workshop is ideal for Food producers, analytical service labs dealing with food, research sites, universities, governmental control labs and more.
